Your quarter beef is grass-fed and hormone-free. Minimum of 100lbs of finished beef. A typical selection of cuts will include approximately:
- 50 lbs of ground beef (10 lbs of this can instead be cut to make stew & fajita meat)
- 50 lbs of steaks, roasts, ribs, and stew meat
All products are USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed in easily manageable sizes for convenient storage in manageable consumer-size quantities.
