Your half beef is grass-fed and hormone-free. Minimum of 200 lbs of finished beef. A typical breakdown of cuts will include approximately:
- 100 lbs of ground beef (20 lbs of this can instead be cut to make stew & fajita meat)
- 50 lbs of steaks
- 50 lbs of roasts
All products are USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed in easily manageable sizes for convenient storage in manageable consumer-size quantities.
