Your beef bundle will be grass-fed and hormone-free. You will receive approximately:
 
18lbs of ground beef
10lbs of steaks
2 roasts (~5 pounds)
2 bone-in cuts (~5 pounds short ribs, back ribs, or Osso Bucco - recipe provided to match cut)
2lbs stew or fajita meat
 
All products are USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed in easily manageable sizes for convenient storage of between 0.5 - 3 lbs. All steaks are individually wrapped.
