Your beef bundle will be grass-fed and hormone-free. You will receive approximately:
 
9lbs of ground beef
5lbs of steaks
1 roast (~2.5 pounds)
1 bone-in cut (~2.5 pounds short ribs, back ribs, or Osso Bucco - recipe provided to match cut)
1lb stew or fajita meat
 
All products are USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed in easily manageable sizes for convenient storage of between 0.5 - 3 lbs. All steaks are individually wrapped.
